First Line Support Analyst required to join a very successful and established Technology Company in Dundee in a permanent position. You will join a fast-paced Service Desk to provide first line support to a busy internal user base alongside the wider Technical Support team. You will be tasked with the timely first line desktop and application support for all internal users to ensure minimum downtime and disruption. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment. This role would be suited to a candidate with strong working knowledge of Windows Desktops, Office Suite, AD and O365. You will have a proven ability to deliver great customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with and work well with users at all levels of the business.
