Part Time Marketing Coordinator.

Hours - 9am-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (21 hours week).

Location - Hatfield.

Do you have strong Administrative experience? Are you available immediately? Do you have your own transport?

If yes, then this is the role for you. Our client is looking for a Part time Marketing Coordinator to work within their team to build relationships with existing customers by providing excellent administrative support.

Successful candidate will be required to undertake the following duties:

* First point of contact for customers, owning and resolving queries that arise daily via phone/ email

* Provide administrative support for the team.

* Maintain a close working relationship with existing and external customers.

* Manage customer promotional goods orders

* Coding of invoices, processing claims etc

* Maintain the CRM database

* Comply with internal administrative processes and procedures

* Customer service experience is essential.

The ideal candidate -

* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

* Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to use own initiative.

This is a 6 month temporary contract so you must be available for this time period.
