Twin are hiring! As we have secured new contracts, and are growing on a national basis, we have now created a new role for an HR Manager; at our lively, vibrant office in Greenwich (we even have an office dog)!

We are a small (but perfectly formed) training provider, whether you are a non-British national who wants to study for a year in the UK, or a mom looking to renter the world of work after having your family - we are the people to help.

We are looking for someone really hands on, who will support the management team and recognise that as a small team, we all need to get involved - there's no 'your job' or 'my job', it's about working together to get done what we need to; so, the successful applicant will be enthusiastic, can do and hands on, as well as a technical expert in their field.

The post holder will be qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5, you will be a strong HR practitioner, able to translate requirements in line with current legislation and support the business. But you will also be so much more; this is an opportunity to make your stamp on an organisation, at the beginning of fast and exciting growth really make the role and department your own!

You will be expected to:

* Manage the TUPE of staff for potential government contracts nationally

* Project lead for employee & manager training programmes.

* Review all internal recruitment and selection processes, JDs, TNAs and Induction processes.

* Lead on onboarding and company and job specific induction processes.

* Ensure that staff are aware of Twin's strategic plan, mission, vision and values.

* Support all HODs and Managers with HR processes and requirements

* Drive existing PDR processes

* Identify new programmes to support training and development needs of business in consultation with line management and board.

* To manage overall management & leadership development training calendar for the group, partner on marketing strategy to communicate programmes to employees.

* Proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance current HR reporting systems. Use excel and access to compile and generate reports and budgetary information. Analyse data and trends.

* Partner with HODs and all managers on solutions to improve efficiency and impact of spend and project lead for any new business area of growth.

* Employee engagement.

* Build and implement a talent management process.

In addition to the above a requirement to assist with bid writing input where necessary - in particular bid sections on TUPE and pensions and support with change management would be anticipated.

You will need to display the following personal attributes:

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

* Strong partnership skills including the ability to champion new approaches and influence others to participate in new projects.

* Ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver results

* Able to organise, prioritise own workload and take responsibility for meeting deadlines

* Self-confidence, self-awareness and personal drive to achieve results and deliver continuous improvement

* Discretion and need for confidentiality

You will have:

* Graduate with business or HR related elements to education (essential)

* Level 5 CIPD (essential)

* £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
