We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work with our current team and help Missguided develop and expand our CRM communications, someone who can bring fresh new ideas and style to the team. The successful candidate will need to work under pressure, to deadlines within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Reporting to the CRM Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the CRM Senior Assistant to drive email growth for International territories. The role will also have a dotted line into the Behavioural team, with the role being responsible for the upkeep of behavioural communications across all territories.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Campaign Execution
  • With support from the CRM Senior Assistant, deliver Email campaign communications in line with the Customer Plan working across international territories.
  • Responsible for briefing and scheduling all campaigns, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and in line with business plans.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing, Creative and Trading teams to ensure campaigns are delivered correctly to relevant customer audiences.
  • Deliver all campaigns to time, with 100% accuracy.
  • Deliver the testing plan for each territory, reporting back results, alongside the CRM Senior Assistant to the CRM team highlighting learnings and recommendations.
  • Proactively seek out new territory and market innovation, sharing with the team.

Territory Reporting
  • Responsible for monthly deep dive into the relevant Campaign territories as well as weekly analysis to understand what is and isn't working, tweaking plans accordingly.

Customer Lifecycle Communications
  • Working closely with CRM Exec, maintain the existing behavioural communications, periodically refreshing codes and creative in line with business activity.
  • Supporting the CRM Exec to set up and get live brand new behavioural and re-targeting programs

Territory / Market Knowledge
  • Working with the Trade team, build a strong understanding of how each territory of accountability is performing.
  • Identifying key market trends and customer behaviour; using this information to drive forward testing plans and ideas.

Competitor Reviews
  • Keep up to date with all communications that core competitors are sending to their customer base and highlight any potential impacts
  • Bi-monthly visits to High Street locations to identify how retailers are communicating with prospective customers, highlighting potential tests multi-channel activity.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • You must have at least 1 years' experience within a similar role
  • A relevant Marketing degree would be ideal
  • Experience of an email provider (creating/sending)
  • Knowledge of the Campaign deployment process; briefing, delivery and reporting.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office programmes such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Understanding of marketing disciplines such as print, SMS and push.
  • Experience of using Google Analytics

  • Exceptional communication; able to build effective relationships quickly across all levels of the business, driving the CRM agenda whilst not being afraid to challenge or voice opinions.

  • Be able to work on multiple things at once.

  • Strong awareness of the Missguided target customer; females ages 16 - 25.
  • Awareness of upcoming bloggers and influencers within fashion.
  • Passion for the fashion industry and general retail
  • Confident sense of self.
