About the role.
Our Account Executives support the day to day running and management of our largest accounts. They co-ordinate engagement activities, apprentice on-boarding, development days and added value initiatives e.g. celebration events. Account Executives will also develop and retain strong client relationships, working in partnership with employers and delivery teams to build trust and engagement.
Have you got what it takes?
You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience. You will need to be a confident speaker as you will be in regular contact with 2 of our biggest clients and take the lead on region focused calls. You will need to be IT literate and able to prioritise workloads. Your experience should come from a client facing role, perhaps recruitment or other business to business environment. Ideally you will have some knowledge of the further education/apprenticeship sector. As the scope of this role requires travel, you should have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You will need to be happy working from home and have the flexibility to travel to client premises within your designated area. You will need to display a level of confidence and professionalism with the ability to step up when the Account Director is on leave.
