Property Marketing Executive

Monday - Friday

£25,000 - £30,000

My client an Investment property company based in the heart of Leeds City Centre seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their team.

Main Purpose

To be responsible for the growth of the landlord/investor client base in the Property Management department plus delivery of leads and execution of the marketing plan and its tactical activities. The role requires marketing activity to be undertaken for a business which provides an end-to-end experience for property investors and landlords.

The Senior Marketing Executive will also focus on the creation and distribution of marketing activity which shares the company's brand values through high-quality content written and designed to inspire trust and confidence with new and existing clients.

Managing key business tools such as CRM, is a key part of this role, and ensuring the systems are used across the business, especially in Sales. Working alongside a wider marketing team based in the overseas, you will proactively review existing activity and using data you will share the success of your marketing activities and feedback to the Operations Board to inform new strategy.

Senior Marketing Executive duties

*Responsible for delivery of company's marketing strategy, set by the Directors
*Driving the number of meetings for sales staff
*Engaging with potential clients
*Work closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Business Development overseas to achieve departmental KPIs
*Campaign planning and creation of all supporting marketing materials to achieve maximum impact and visibility for sales and lettings/management
*Adhere to New Development Checklist
*Reputation and brand building activity
*Support the Sales and Lettings teams with ad hoc campaigns and activity where appropriate
*Obtaining sign-off on marketing material from the Marketing Director
*Suggesting evidence-based improvements to strategy

Lead Generation & Third-Party Advertising Sourcing

*Lead generation activity to support a sales function primarily in the UK and in overseas as required
*Customer acquisition marketing for the Lettings department
*Sourcing new events for UK Sales team to attend
*Event coordination in line with UK sales team, creation of promotional materials to support it

Organisation of client database

*Organising and managing the in-house database CRM system and marketing database to ensure effective prospect marketing and sales profiling
*Acting as an internal champion, provide training to staff where needed
*Customisation of CRM as per the needs of

Reporting and review
*Reporting on monthly marketing spend, lead generation, website traffic and email marketing
*Providing insights and recommendations on new marketing activity based on reporting and feeding back to Marketing and Sales
*Use Google Analytics to provide data driven recommendations upon site improvements to increase goal conversion and traffic

Produce, develop and distribute marketing materials

*Write and update corporate marketing materials e.g. corporate brochure, Why Invest Guides
*Writing, posting and promoting targeted blog content to drive SEO
*Ensure values and key messaging appears properly throughout marketing material

Website development, optimisation of brand experience online

*Drive client and prospect engagement via posts across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn covering property launches, content promotion, industry news, brand promotion
*Maintenance of two websites including property portfolio, news and blogs, PR
*SEO activity to increase organic search traffic including link building
*Set-up and maintenance of PPC campaigns across Google Adwords and other relevant channels with goal conversion

Essential skills;

*Property Marketing experience
*Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
*Highly organised and ability to work independently
*Able to manage multiple projects while prioritising work assignments
*Working knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, presentation software, database management and spreadsheet applications
*Clearly understand the role of the company's online presence, within the wider context of the overall marketing and brand strategy.
