We're really excited to be working with this creative full service marketing agency in Greater Manchester who prides themselves on their strong relationships with their clients. 2019 has been a really exciting year for them so far and they're now looking for a Head of Operations to support their Managing Director in their next period of growth.

Reporting directly to their MD, this role is a pivotal role in their expansion and agency moving forward. As Head of Operations you will oversee the team on a daily basis spanning all departments of the business including client services, studio and development. You'll have day to day line management responsibility for the agency, as well as managing KPI performance, professional development and career progression for each employee. Working closely with their MD, you'll provide operational updates, business reports and the identification of potential problem areas within the business with cohesive recommendations for solutions. The role will also be responsible for implementing operational changes, new processes and procedures and ensuring their policies are adhered to.

For this highly influential role we're looking to speak to candidates who are currently working within a similar role for a marketing, digital, PR, advertising or design agency at the moment, ideally as an Operations Manager, Head of Operations or Operations Director. You'll have a track record of managing change and business expansion within the marketing industry and be familiar with the business issues that could be faced. You must have experience within the marketing industry.
