Civil Litigation Executive

An ambitious Legal Executive or Paralegal is wanted to manage a full and varied general litigation caseload at an established Sheffield based, boutique law firm. Applications are invited from driven Legal Executives looking to apply experience gained in a high street or regional law firm environment. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and upwards of £21,000 with lots of scope for progression.

An established law firm with an excellent reputation in the locality my client delivers a high quality legal service to local and regional business and the individual.

The successful Litigation Executive or Paralegal will join a small, dynamic team managing a challenging and rewarding general litigation caseload to conclusion, acting for SME and owner managed business on matters such as contractual disputes, property litigation, contentious probate and landlord and tenant issues. The role will offer lots of opportunity to develop new skills working closely with an experienced partner.

Applications are invited from ambitious and hard working Litigation Executives or Paralegals seeking autonomy whilst developing their skill set alongside an experienced senior. Candidates should possess at least 2 years experience managing general commercial litigation matters in a local or regional setting and be confident in their ability to communicate with their client base.
