Sales Ledger Administrator

Red Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator for our clients busy contract packing operation in Syston, LE7 on a permanent basis.

The position of Sales Ledger Administrator will report to the Senior Finance Controller and will be responsible for all company / selected account invoices, reports and reconciliations.

Candidate responsibilities will include:

·Producing invoices and financial accounts

·Reconciliations

·Accurate weekly and monthly reporting

·Uploading direct debits and payment allocations

·Reporting on aged debt

·Resolving any invoice queries

Candidate skills and experience will include:

·Previous Sales Ledger experience, ideally dealing with a number of accounts

·Excellent computer skills

·Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an excellent attention to detail

·To be able to work as part of a team

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Starting salary from £18kpa to £21kpa depending on experience plus excellent company benefits.
