Our client has become one of the country's leading sourcing companies of UK investment property. Their mission is to work closely with and educate our investors in different types of property investments.

They are looking to recruit an Investment Consultant Manager, this is a new role for the business as it continues to grow and directly reports to the Sales Director. The role will be responsible for liaising with the sales team, clients and the developer to ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process.

The Investment Consultant Manager will be responsible for attending exhibitions and networking events to grow the sales pipeline for the business.Working closely with the sales and lettings side of the business there will be people management including 121s and monitoring KPIs.

Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting is required and therefore a comprehensive understanding of excel.Experience of monitoring processes is vital for the efficient communication between all channels.Experience of sales progression and liaising with solicitors is preferable as this will be part of the role.

Handling and resolving customer queries is vital and therefore client facing experience is a pre-requisite. Working with the marketing department, sales director and channel partners to execute the annual sales and marketing strategy and contribute to new ideas.

Candidate Requirements

•Estate Agency or Investment background previously at management level

•Strong proven track record of delivering sales results

Salary / Benefits

£30,000 basic - £45,000 OTE
