Our client is searching for dynamic, focused individuals with a proven record in IT support in both in-house and client environments to join the operations team for a leading provider of land and property data.

Based in Kent, in a relaxed yet vibrant environment. As a Senior IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing advanced support for a range of hardware and software systems. You will be responding to calls, troubleshooting, and resolving issues where applicable, with responsibility to escalate issues if required.

Responsibilities Include:

*Providing 2nd Line IT software/ hardware support both in-house and to clients in both remote and on-site environments.

*Troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.

*Liaising with different departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's applications & Systems.

Essential Experience:

*Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.

*Exposure to Server technologies (Windows or Linux).

*Strong knowledge of Windows 7-10 OS support.

*ITIL certification / worked in an ITIL Environment
