CQS accredited firm in Suffolk seeks a dynamic Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client's thriving property department located in the Beccles area, the successful applicant will manage a complex caseload of both residential and commercial property matters.

• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Residential sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Leaseholds
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting and approving commercial leases
• Licences to assign
• Overage deeds
• Conditional sale agreements

The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of three years' PQE
• Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing is essential
• Sound knowledge of the CML requirements
• IT proficient is essential
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
