A confident and dynamic Sales Advisor is required to join a leading, Tunbridge Wells based Insurance company with a real opportunity of growing a successful career within an expanding business. This is a sought after, entry level opportunity for a confident and driven individual to play a fundamental role within the New Business team, contributing effectively towards the company's targets.

Key skills and responsibilities:
  • Outbound general insurance, cross selling to the company's client base
  • Prospecting new business leads
  • Identifying and acting upon cross sell leads
  • Supporting marketing campaigns to increase lead generation
  • Developing productive business relationships with key stakeholders

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate strong relationship building skills ideally combined with outbound, cold calling experience, although this is not essential. In addition to this, candidates must be competent using Microsoft Office along with sales support systems such as MS Dynamics. What is most important, is your drive and determination succeed, highlighting your commitment to developing a strong and long-lasting career.
