Customer Interaction Analyst

£30,000 pa depending on experience

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a brand new role within a large organisation located in Bournemouth. Because this is a chance to work with new technology, our client will rely on you to provide some new analytics and a real insight to customer behaviour. This is a great opportunity to really make an impact on the overall business.

The Role:

* Assist with the development of the new speech analytics technology

* Provide comprehensive MI reporting and identify patterns to be able to highlight business objectives

* Analyse audio, emails and chats on a daily basis

* Encourage key stakeholders to use the information found and invest in the results

* Develop and test results and scores within the technology

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience within an Analytical role

* Strong analytical, data manipulation skills including MI reporting. Speech analytics would be an advantage but not essential.

* Confident when communicating with Stakeholders.

* Must have excellent communications skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.

* Must be wiling to travel to other sites as required.
