Lettings Administrator job in Bournemouth

Our client an established, market leader within the leisure industry are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team.

As the Lettings Administrator your role will be responsible for ensuring that payments are received and allocated accordingly. Chasing outstanding paperwork and payments as needed. Delivering an excellent level of service to customers to ensure repeat and ongoing business.

We are looking for a Lettings Administrator who has experience within Lettings or property sales. You will need to be highly organised, efficient and confident working within a IFA regulated environment.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator:

* Providing administrative support within the finance department

* Reviewing finance paperwork

* Working within IFA regulations

* Chasing outstanding payments and allocation to accounts

* Following up on outstanding legal information

* Provide a professional and efficient service to customers

* Manage administration process's

Knowledge and Experience:

* Previous experience working within the property industry Lettings or Sales

* Confident working within a regulated environment

* Confident user of Microsoft systems

* Confident communicator via phone and email

* Ability to get things done

* Organised and efficient and strong administration skills.

Salary and Benefits:

* Salary £20,000 - £23,000 DOE per annum

* Working hours Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm (no weekends!)

* 20 days holidays

This position would suit candidates who have previous Lettings Administration experience, or someone who has worked within the property industry
