A specialist Construction Contractor in the north Essex area are looking to add to their back office team and bring in an Accounts Administrator that is able to carry out additional office coordinator duties.

Both experience wanted and day to day responsibilities include;

ACCOUNTS - Experience in & will be doing
  • CIS processing
  • SAGE
  • Excel
  • Invoices
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Accounts admin
  • Day to day running
  • Reconciliation


ADMINISTRATION - Experience in & will be doing
  • Print drawings
  • Setting up site files
  • Assisting the Estimators/Project Managers with admin duties
  • Bit of Document Control
  • Uploading information to the clients, using portals etc
  • They use: Construct line
  • Someone who has CITB experience
