Becoming a Learning and Development Trainer with Capita Primary Care Support England (PCSE):

It's an exciting time for Primary Care Support England (PCSE); this year we are embarking on a culture transformation in the business to drive a customer focus. PCSE provides essential support services to GP Practices, Pharmacies, Dentists and Opticians. The support we offer ranges from key administrative and payment services, to managing supplies, performers list and market entry applications through to moving medical records.

In a bid to improve customer service, PCSE are investing in making the business a great place to work, to help us do that, we're recruiting an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our Learning & Development Team which is part of the wider People Team. You will report to the L & D Manager and will work with PCSE stakeholders from across the business to ensure design and delivery of effective and innovative learning solutions. The role will be primarily in Leeds but there will be the need to travel to Darlington, Blackburn or Preston according to business needs.

What you will do:

Design and deliver innovative learning solutions to assist PCSE in achieving their business objectives

*

Liaise with operations to correctly identify their required outcomes and recommend suitable learning solution to meet their needs

*

Design innovative learning solutions including training room, blended learning and digital approaches (eLearning, Webinars etc)

*

Evaluate training solutions to ensure the operation teams requirements have been met

*

Play a key role in the development of our SME network, designing and delivering learning solutions and providing ongoing support

*

Play an important part in induction training of our people, delivering and innovating our induction solution

*

Coach members of PCSE to help improve business performance

Your experience and skills will include:

*

A proven track record of managing training projects through all aspects of the Training Cycle

*

A strong background in the design and creation of creative digital content learning solutions

*

A proven track record in the design and delivery of induction, customer focused, people development and learning solutions

*

Experience of operational coaching at all levels

*

Evidence of stakeholder management for multiple projects

*

An in-depth knowledge of Captivate (or equivalent) to produce high class digital learning content
