So we're the same as everyone else! Expanding list size, high QOF achievers, well established, forward thinking, provide mentorship and support training....

But what sets us apart is our focus on our team wellbeing which leads to better performance and patient care. We haven't sought out awards or recognition for the ground-breaking, trend-setting work we have done over the past 10 years (we were the first practice to use a truly multi-disciplinary approach to primary care). We have done it to deal with the problems facing us in Primary Care and now use our approach to improve efficiency, effectiveness and make sure we stay happy.

If you want to earn a competitive salary, doing work you should enjoy and within a team that really looks after each other then give us a call, arrange a visit and find out why we have been so successful with our recruitment.

Currently we are looking for a salaried GP to do 2 to 6 sessions per week, ideally working on a Monday (Tuesday, and/or Friday if looking for more than 2 sessions). The position could suit locum GPs looking for a good base, newly qualified GPs to bring down our average age and give us an extra boost of energy or experienced GP looking to pass on their wealth of knowledge to a very receptive bunch of people.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship

Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test. The UK Visas and Immigration department requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit the UK Visas and Immigration website.

From 6 April 2017, Tier 2 skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, must present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years. Adult dependants (over 18 years old) will also be subject to this requirement.
