About you:

The post requires an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is willing to make a real change. You will learn and develop through attending multi-disciplinary supervision meetings, monthly team meetings and training, and you will be able to attend team building and service development days.

The role requires someone who has the ability to lead a small team, conduct complex CAMHS assessments and consider other presentations such as social issues and attachment issues that may be impacting on a young person's behaviour and work with other agencies to ensure good outcomes for young people .
