Amber Mace is currently recruiting for a quality improvement manager to oversee nursing and residential services within the West Midlands area; the ideal candidate would require an active nurse Pin (RMN, RGN) and live in the area.

This is an exciting new role, as you will monitor the quality and clinical governance for the company. You will work with the Directors of Care and Management to help build and create clinical excellence within their services. This role is perfect for someone with a strong clinical background that enjoys troubleshooting and monitoring quality and compliance.

Job Requirements:
• To oversee the clinical aspects for the company
• To manage, develop and evaluate all aspects of service provision in their homes
• Support the Director of Care and Home Managers in meeting demands of the business.
• To review/implement operational policies and procedures of the company.
• To review clinical audits/improvement plans.
• Perform detailed audits of resident care files, including review of judgments made concerning individuals` care needs.

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Proven Management or Clinical Lead experience.
• Valid Nurse Pin ( RGN , RMN )
• Over 2 years` experience working within a Quality Improvement Role.
• You will be committed to providing the highest care standards.
• Must have good exposure to nursing service
• Must have a driving licence and be willing to travel
• Knowledge of quality standards
• CQC legislation knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Good communication skills
