Consultant Radiologist - Chest / Nuclear Medicine Imaging

Applications are invited for a newly created post to support the growing demand on chest and nuclear medicine imaging working in collaboration with the Paul Strickland Scanning centre. The Radiology department has always been renowned for its friendly atmosphere and good working relationships with clinical colleagues. The department strives to deliver a high standard patient centred care, supporting multidisciplinary working and advance practice roles. The department supports an active academic programme, audit and research projects and is working collaboratively with the North West London sector Trusts for the reporting network.

The post holder will provide specialist support to clinicians and also contribute to the general departmental workload and teaching of the Radiology registrars. Appropriate experience will be required to deliver both the specialist service, including the lung cancer MDT, PETCT reporting and assist with the SPECT CT service development.
