You will support the development of a strong digital strategy through creating innovative, practical and modern digital solutions that enhance our reputation as a global research-led University and grow student recruitment.The key areas of focus will be delivering strategic direction across all the University's current and future digital communication channels, be the University lead for the website and CRM strategy and investments and driving innovation for marketing including automation to improve productivity and resilience, whilst always ensuring customer excellence for the academic and professional services communities.About youWe are looking for someone who enjoys and has experience of creating and delivering ambitious and successful digital marketing strategies for large or multi-site global organisation, understanding the complexities of working with a broad range of stakeholders and audiences both internally and externally.Extensive experience of creating and embedding a digital-first approach with a knowledge and confidence of marketing technologies, especially CMS/website, social media and CRM, is a key requirement, as well as a deep understanding of how insight and performance data is integral to decision making. A thorough understanding of cross-discipline project management expertise in IT/system implementation is essential, including overseeing effective and compliant procurement to ensure our large university community is supported and equipped to use our digital investments effectively.
