Our client is a market leader in the provision of facilities management to a variety of markets. They are seeking a creative Marketing Manager to develop, implement and manage distinctive marketing plans to support strategic business objectives across client, candidate and wider stakeholder communities. Plans will support employee and client attraction and retention strategies to drive revenue / margin, service levels and profitability. You will also be managing a 3 strong bid team

What are they asking for?

You will have prior experience of delivering complex marketing and business development strategies in a fast-paced environment. Its a given that you are a strong relationship builder with a collaborative approach. Your career to date will point to your communication, creative , copywriting and organsational skills and at interview you will be able to demonstrate your excellent knowledge of digital and offline marketing techniques. An understanding of ROI is really important as is the know how re managing a marketing budget. Any experience of managing a small team would be really desirable.

?Evidence of specialist knowledge/expertise in the following areas would be advantageous
  • Digital media - PPC, social media, SEO, websites and email
  • Offline - POS production/management, press advertising, events etc.
  • Public Relations/Internal & External Communications
  • Market research and analytics
  • Industry experience of any of following: Recruitment, Facilities Management, Process Outsourcing Construction, Engineering, Security (service orientated markets)

  • Developing an innovative marketing strategy to directly support the wider business strategy
  • Delivering specific campaigns to support the commercial objectives and positioning of the business
  • Owning the marketing budget, tracking progress and reporting on return on ROI and KPIs
  • Planning and implementing high quality content calendar including internal magazines, blogs, market intelligence reports, videos and other marketing assets as required
  • Quality control - acting as brand guardian for all communications
  • Delivering all aspects of digital marketing including website development, SEO, PPC, analytics, html emails, social media and display media
  • Supporting the Sector Directors in delivering compelling, targeted and successful PQQs, RFPs, ITTs and other bid documents
  • Overseeing the workload, management and development of 3 direct reports
