Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Dudley

Position Reports To: Managing Director

Salary: £Negotiable dependant on experience

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days, increasing by one day per year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days

Duties will include but not limited to;
  • Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual client support and liaison
  • Liaise and attend meetings with clients necessary to perform duties and aid business and branch development
  • Increasing market share within the area
  • Maintaining profitability
  • Ensuring standards of service are met
  • Daily operation of the branch
  • Management of the branch team
  • Setting, monitoring and producing actions for weekly staff targets

Skills Required;
