Service and maintenance role on offer for a rapidly expanding company that will offer further training on their specialist equipment and the chance to progress into more senior roles.

Established over 15 years, this highly reputed company are a market leader in their industry. They are well known for providing extensive training and progression for their employees. Due to widespread growth, they are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join their tight-knit team.

In this role you will be conducting ppm's to the maintenance programme; monitoring BMS; undertaking electrical and mechanical fault diagnostics; undertaking repairs to a wide variety of building and domestic services plant, infrastructure and building fabric, fixtures and fittings; working on new equipment/plant installation and moves.

The ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in a building maintenance position. You will have some form of electrical qualification and have a strong knowledge of BMS systems. You will be motivated for further training and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

The Role:
* Building Maintenance Technician
* Maintenance of the building, plant and equipment
* Extensive Training in a varied position
* £37,000 per annum + Progression + Training + 31 days holiday
