We have an outstanding role that challenges the status quo on what technical support positions should look like with flexible working, opportunities to work at home, top of line training and one of the most interesting software products that is on the market to date.

We are looking for a technical support engineer to work for a highly innovative software house to assist them with the deployment of new solutions and ongoing support to their large customer base. You will engage with customers resolving technical issues that have arisen, keep them informed of progress with the issue at hand, work to troubleshoot the problem followed by resolution and also play a key part in deploying Cloud based solutions to new customers while assisting them through the "go-live phase". You will be working on a newly developed product that is just about to be released to market that has already generated huge amounts of interest from business that has already had huge success in their previous software offerings.

This isn't a position where you will simply await tickets to come through while trying to hit KPI's, you will contact customers to see how they are adapting to their new product and proactively try to help them in any way you can so they have the best experience possible.

We are looking for someone who has strong technical skills I the following: Windows Server, virtualisation (VMware or Hyper-V), Office 365, TCP/IP, SQL and ideally some Azure. As well as the technical side, we need a great communicator who is comfortable engaging with customers and enjoys it.
