We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 6 Physiotherapist with a specific interest and clinical experience in stroke rehabilitation. You will be expected to work collaboratively within the stoke team and the wider Multi-disciplinary team community team across the Scarborough and Ryedale region to provide a seamless stroke service from acute hospitals with early supported discharges and within the community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and adaptable team player. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate an adaptable approach whilst meeting guidelines and stroke standards.

Within your role you will contribute to data collection, service development and a staff development.
