We provide clients with timely, accurate information and dynamic, web-based tools to effectively manage their portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chains.

Job Purpose:
TTS EMEA operates in 52 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and TTS EMEA Technology Team is a strategic business partner across the region. This is a key technical leadership role with a diverse geographical and functional leadership remit. You and your team will be instrumental in delivering technology platforms and services for the region while aligning with regional/global strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• In this Engineering Leadership, you will act as a partner and advisor to EMEA TTS Product with a primary goal to continuously assess the EMEA TTS Technology stack and build innovative technical solutions that enable TTS Business to remain competitive in an increasingly regulated yet extremely disruptive environment. Above all, this requires a strategic mindset and the ability to design and develop a technology architecture and roadmap for EMEA that is additive to global TTS strategy. • You will manage a portfolio of applications which perform a wide range of business critical functions in the countries where they operate. This presents an exciting opportunity to design and develop a strategic framework that can functionally abstract and simplify the architecture, thereby enabling smooth implementation of global strategic TTS initiatives (e.g. Strategic Payments Platform) in the countries• You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction/roadmap for the technical landscape in the region and therefore will find yourself closely collaborating with various global strategic initiatives and acting as a strong regional technology contributor to the global strategy• You will be responsible to articulate and recommend Build vs Buy decisions, provide technical recommendations and drive business conversations that ensures the development of a consistent product capability which will meet the needs of the region as opposed to bespoke country solutions. • You and your team will also partner closely with Regional Technology Cluster Heads to ensure that In-Country requirements are incorporated in the strategic architecture and roadmap• You will build and manage a strong technical team and actively engaging in career development of direct staff. • You will build collaborative working relationships with clients, business and operational partners in both a regional and global setting• You will manage the team to agreed financial and headcount targets, and provide measurable competitive advantage• As a responsible technology leader, you will have an acute sense of Risk and Control elements of the role and ensure these are delivered on time• You will own and manage the budget required to deliver your initiatives and will need to have your finger on the pulse when it comes to managing your financials• You will define metrics and routinely benchmark EMEA TTS tech engineering and development processes against industry best practices and create a culture of continuous self-improvement against transparent measurable metrics with the aim to deliver best in class services to our clients!

• You should have extensive years of experience as a technology leader with a passion for technology and you should be conversant with industry direction, leading products and trends and a track record of having successfully delivered competitive advantage through technology services. • You should have experience in evaluating complex, local/regional requirements and rationalizing them into a consistent, product offering.• You should have recent experience building, managing and rationalizing complex global products/platforms and/or applications while keeping Clients front and center of all initiatives. • You should have relevant experience building out innovative technical solutions with a strong preference for adopting a micro-services/API, Cloud based architecture and some good examples of having built and managed stable, self service, api based, highly scalable, 24x7 platforms and services.• Experience and/or knowledge of Cash Management best practices (automated clearing house, funds transfers, clearing services, mobile payments, open banking, instant payments, etc.) would be highly desirable as this is a key area of focus for TTS • You should have recent experience working as a technology partner to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions, as well as demonstrated ability to build a collaborative relationships that culminate in a delivery track record.• You should demonstrate experience and/or understanding of budgeting, forecasting and expense management • You should have experience building and managing diverse, inclusive, high performing teams and keep them engaged and motivated

Required Skills:
• Design and architecture, familiarity with design patterns• Ability to drive high standards when it comes to development process - e.g. adopting automation and tooling, CI/CD, Agile• Experience in middleware components such as WebLogic, FTP server and so on.• Experience with cloud infrastructure and microservice architecture• Be able to simplify complex and often conflicting set of asks and effectively manage expectations and priorities • Good working knowledge of Infrastructure and Networking• Ability to use your initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions• Have commitment to stability and quality
