An established and reputable firm are looking for an experienced and motivated eCommerce Affiliate Executive to join their professional and well-established team.


Affiliate Marketing - Managing the affiliate marketing channel across direct and partner brands to continue to grow this channel and develop the on-going marketing strategy currently in place to achieve maximum ROI. The candidate will attend meetings with the affiliate network to develop the on-going affiliate strategy and ensure KPI's are hit on a weekly/monthly basis.

Strategy - Analysing affiliate performance in driving traffic and sales, whilst identifying strategies to optimize performance. Providing ROI forecasts for new strategy adoption.

Relationship Management - Building relationships with new affiliates as well as maintaining and improving existing relationships. Liaising and working with our affiliate network provider to assist in the development of the account.

Affiliate Recruitment - Researching and sourcing new affiliate to add to our existing programs.

Reporting - You will be responsible for reporting marketing performance to the head of eCommerce, internal divisions and external partners on a weekly and monthly basis detailing the work undertaken to date

Accounting - Working closely with internal accounts team to assist in validation of affiliate sales. Ensuring affiliates are being assigned correct commission amounts and that monthly pay-away are reported to the accounts team.

Key skills required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external suppliers.

Good commercial acumen and understanding of consumer buying behaviour.

Highly analytical and data-driven.

Able to manage their own marketing projects and processes

Strong Microsoft office skills with a focus on Excel.

Ability to prepare and present performance reports to senior level management.

Strong planning skills with attention to meeting deadlines.

Knowledge of google products including google analytics.

Ability to read/write HTML.

Knowledge/understanding of online marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing.

Knowledge of the wordpress CMS platform.
