Person Specification
You will be a dependable graduate who has a 2:1 degree at the very least and a truly charismatic character. You will have the skills to create worthwhile relationships with pupils and simplify difficult subject content. You must have a caring approach to managing your students which will help them build confidence in their own abilities. The school needs a graduate who has a desire to inspire and captivate the minds of your people.

About the Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working specifically with a varied Year 6 class of 29 children and you will be teaching with the support of a SENCO. Your duties will focus on managing 1:1 sessions and small groups as well as engaging with children and their learning in core classes in the morning.
