We are currently looking for a Senior Administrator to join their QEHS team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator (with or without Health and Safety experience) to join a great company in Hemel Hempstead. This position offers further training and studying for the right candidate. This person must have strong communication skills, and be good with people, as well as good administrative experience.

Some of the duties will include:
  • Supporting the QEHS and CSR Team Leader within administrative tasks
  • Communicating with internal teams
  • Carry out internal audits by ensuring the correct processes are developed, implemented, audited & maintained
  • Deputising in meetings as required by the Team Leader
  • Audit the Health and Safety Management System and Environmental System
  • To upload relevant documentation to the intranet
  • To deputise for the Team Leader's employee induction to the company's H & S and Quality Systems as required for new starters
  • To assist in the development of CSR and GDPR reporting and systems
  • Deputising for Team leader on training projects
  • Deputising in meetings as required by the Team Leader

The suitable candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Administrator - dealing with compliance and GDPR
  • Previous experience within Compliance and Auditing
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • Flexible approach to work with ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good team player
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
