Our client is looking for suitable candidates who have the ability to produce an accurate set of management accounts on a monthly basis and perform relevant nominal ledger reconciliations.

An accounts qualification is preferred but not essential for candidates who have previous management accounting experience as training will be given. The use of MS Excel would be advantageous.

Duties include but are not limited to review and analysis of Profit & Loss transactions and posting through the nominal ledger; reviewing wage costs and general expenditure on a monthly basis; processing accruals and prepayments; ledger reconciliation; performing reconciliation of supplier statements and liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries; and any other tasks assigned by the Management Accountant and Accounts Team Leader.
