Based in beautiful Lancashire with easy access to major roadways this role is commutable within an hour from Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, Blackpool, Lancaster, Blackburn, Bradford and surround areas.

Highly renowned as a leading provider of repairs to complex Industrial systems which include Servo Drives, Gearboxes, Pumps, Industrial Fans and much more. Due to continued growth they are now seeking a number of knowledgeable Condition Monitoring Engineer to join their team.

This is also a senior role within the workshop and as such involves some man management.

The Candidate

To be considered for the Condition Monitoring Engineer position you must have either solid experience within industrial equipment repairs and have completed an apprenticeship or similar.

Required Skills:

* Thorough knowledge of CBM and RCM techniques, predictive and proactive maintenance techniques, maintenance management strategies and new IOT Technologies

* Knowledge of modern vibration analysis, data collection/analysis and the formulation of customer reports

* Experience of Laser alignment, dynamic balancing, ultra sound, thermography and RCFA

* Thorough knowledge of applications

* Manage day to day contracts

* Supervise CBM, interpret and present to customer

* Organise and supervise staff on site

* Sell additional services into contracts

* Manage to profit and budget
