Based in Cheltenham are client is now one of the UK's largest operators, advising and arranging many different types of insurance cover.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a friendly team with a fantastic culture.

We are looking to recruit as Administrator to join our clients Customer Service team, to process renewal paperwork and requests from customers wishing to make changes to their existing policies.

Your new role:
• To interpret customer requirements regarding changes to policies and action those changes to include the calculation of premiums and underwriting decisions
• To liaise with Insurance Companies and ensure the motor insurance database is notified within deadlines
• To administer files, process paperwork and enter and update computer data

Candidates should have the following skills:
• A level of understanding and working knowledge of insurance policies including commercial vehicles, liability, goods in transit and legal expenses
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and SSP (or experience of using a similar system)
• Experience of working in the insurance industry
• A confident telephone manner and the ability to be accurate and precise whilst working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• A friendly and approachable personality with the ability to adapt to customer requirements with patience and understanding
