Job Title: Supporter Engagement Manager

Supporter Engagement Manager - Responsibilities:
- You'll take a lead on developing campaigns to acquire, develop and engage members and supporters- You'll manage our supporter journeys, maximising every opportunity to engage, inspire and increase lifetime value, working with colleagues across the charity to develop a truly collaborative approach to supporter engagement- Responsibility for individual giving, membership and legacy marketing, at a time when we're transforming our digital capabilities, you'll have a real chance to make your mark on our fundraising programme.
Supporter Engagement Manager - You:
- We're looking for someone with experience of managing cross-channel direct marketing programmes - whether it's in a membership, charity or commercial setting - bringing a combination of strategic, creative and analytical skills- You'll have a track record of driving income growth with the highest standards of supporter care, and you'll be equally comfortable leading a team as getting involved in hands-on project delivery.
