We are currently recruiting for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our established analytical team based in the either our Halifax, Manchester, Liverpool or Peterborough office.
The Role
This role involves planning and managing the delivery of one or more discrete projects using an agile approach / methodology. You will manage the projects on a day to day basis, establishing the project structure, roles and teams; developing and maintaining plans; identifying and managing risks; and monitoring and reporting progress.
You will need to work with key stakeholders to clarify project outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria, ensure business areas are ready and resourced for implementation of the change and provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the project team.

Knowledge and Experience Required
• Experience of managing projects using an agile methodology
• Defining and agreeing project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed.
• Defining and establishing the project structure, roles and teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on the work of the project and project teams to deliver the outputs to the agreed timescale, quality and cost criteria
• Ensure projects comply with methodology and governance
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of project objectives.
• Assembling, managing, motivating and coaching project staff and teams to deliver agreed project and personal objectives.
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to enable the achievement of project objectives.
• Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of their team.
• Ensuring effective team development.
• Ensure that the business is prepared and resource is planned for the impact of the change/project implementation
• Maintain links to Business Analysts to ensure project alignment to business specification.
• Ensure appropriate consultation of plans with business architects.
