Description

As a Contact Centre Team Leader your main responsibilities will be:
  • Overseeing the day to day operations of the centre
  • Managing a diverse team of customer care advisors
  • Ensuring all customer service & promoter KPI's are achieved
  • Managing the performance & development of your team
  • Dealing with any HR issues with your team
  • Maintaining brand service standards at all times

Profile

The successful Contact Centre Team Leader will:
  • HAVE AT LEAST 1 years experience in a similar role customer experience role
  • BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
  • A proven ability to drive and motivate a team
  • Great communication skills, able to speak to a diverse range of staff & customers
  • The ability to work independently and manager your own time
  • Strong IT skills - Proficiency in Microsoft office & Google suite
  • The desire to learn and adapt to a new environment
  • A high level of energy which they can use to motivate a successful team!
