As Internal HR Manager you will be working collaboratively with the Assistant Director responsible for Internal HR and the Learning & Development Manager to ensure the policies, procedures and processes that make up EPMs employee life cycle are efficient, effective and aimed at being best practice.

Some of the key duties will include:

* Providing HR generalist advice and support
* Responsible for Health & Safety relating to employees, including policies, procedures and training, and promoting a positive Health & Safety culture, including health and wellbeing
* Motivating, leading and managing the HR & Recruitment Coordinator in delivering a comprehensive processing and transactional HR service through a combination of the Cezanne HR system and manual interventions
* Managing the development and administration of employee benefits e.g. Pensions, PHI & Life cover, Private Healthcare schemes, BUPA cash plans
