The One Group has the pleasure of exclusively recruiting for an exciting and ambitious client!

Due to extensive growth I am looking to speak with talented Account Managers to nurture an existing client base and grow it even further!

This is an office based role, with the opportunity to develop and grow in to the business.

Duties for this role will include but not be limited to the following,

* New Business development
* Generating sales by building a pipeline of New Business opportunities and developing this largely via phone and email
* Utilising a consultative sales approach and build long-term relationships
* Constructing quotes and proposals
* Liaising with vendors and distributors
* Working with other internal departments to ensure an appropriate Client experience
* Forecasting and Reporting
* Achieving monthly and quarterly targets

In terms of skill set we are looking for the following,

* A minimum of 2-years of experience in account management
* Experience in phone selling and cold calling
* Customer focussed and strong relationship builder
* Positive attitude, resilient and tenacious
* Highly driven, self-motivated and target orientated
* Able to conceptually understand requirements and determine appropriate solutions
* Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrates good commercial awareness
* Highly organised, plans and prioritises work effectively

Alongside a competitive basic salary, there is an uncapped commission structure in place with earnings increasing by circa £15,000 per annum and more exciting benefits in this role.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm
