Salary Between £35k - £45k DOE + Benefits

An experienced Service Desk Team Lead is required by leading Cloud Services Provider based in Central Brighton.

This Service Desk Team Lead role will see you providing daily support to a variety of customers as well as overseeing the day to day operations of the companies service desk and mentoring a small team of support staff.

Skills/ Experience Required -
  • At least 4 years experience working within a service desk role/ enviroment ideally with some lead experience
  • Strong knowledge of various Networking technologies such as - DHCP, TCP/ IP, DNS, VLAN, FTP etc
  • Any experience with SIP or VOIP is highly beneficial
  • A full clean UK Driving License is required
