Becoming a Sales Support Administrator with Trustmarque:

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within our Trustmarque business based just outside York. The function of this role is to support the Sales department with general day to day duties including administration duties, liaising with customers, providing quotes, and order processing. We are offering a competitive salary with an extensive benefits package, as well as mapped out career progression opportunities for you within both Trustmarque and the wider Capita business.

What you will do:

* Handle daily sales order activities to ensure accurate and timely order processing

* Handle and resolve account enquiries and requests

* Coordinate own workload with sales support team through understanding of priorities, focus, and work volumes

* Proactively handle and resolve internal order queries

Your experience will include:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Experience using Microsoft Office

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively
