The job

Working as part of the pension's team for Hampshire county council.

* General finance support

* Entry of accounts data into SAP

* Use of project planning and finance management software

* Liaising with suppliers and clients

* Administrative tasks

* Invoicing and receipt reconciliation

* Support the planning

* Diary management

* Take incoming calls and enquiries

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

• Experience of Sage Accounting packages (or similar)

• Confident, friendly and professional manner

• Exceptional organisation and time management skills

• Good communication skills both in person and in writing

• High level of attention to detail

• Strong numeracy skills
