Currently recruiting to the following position:

HR Assistant

£16,327 - £18,719 p.a.

Starting salary will depend on level of qualifications and work experience

Are you looking for your first step within Human Resources? They are able to give you the experience and opportunities you need to progress within a Human Resources career. Or are you already an Administrator and want to branch out into something different?

No previous work experience in Human Resources is required, but if you have just left Education, they do want to see evidence of your work experience, either paid or unpaid (other than any organised through your school, college or university).

You will be an integral part of a small team so you must have a great work ethic, be very flexible and take real pride in your work. You need the ability to be accurate with great attention to detail and super administration skills. A positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude is a must so that you can provide a good service to the staff. Your IT skills will be in demand especially in a help desk situation where you will be supporting staff through using our self-service systems.

Your professional approach is also important as you will be meeting and greeting and escorting interviewees to provide a positive experience of our recruitment process.

There is the option to gain an Apprenticeship qualification whilst you are with them either Level 2 /3 in NVQ Customer Care or Business Administration and/or in Human Resources.

They are able to offer you a local government pension scheme, generous holidays. The College has excellent transport links and is set in a location convenient to London and the South East and offers a large free on-site car park.

If you feel you have the potential for this role they look forward to hearing from you.

Closing date for applications: Thursday 27 June 2019

The recruitment process will be held in 2 parts:

Part A - testing - Morning of Tuesday 2 July 2019

Part B - interview - Afternoon of Tuesday 2 July 2019

(You will only progress to Part B if you have passed Part A)

Our client is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening including checks with past employers and enhanced DBS clearance
