We are currently working with a market leading software consultancy, who offer online property management solutions to a number of clients. As part of their recruitment spree, they are now seeking a Software Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis

You will be working as part of their Agile Software Team, actively engaging in support issues for their flagship, market-leading, property management SaaS solution. In addition to this you will also be responsible for providing support across the business for our internal management system


* First and second line telephone and email client support, using our Zendesk support suite.

* Escalating queries to the appropriate Account Manager.

* General system administration, including data integrity checks and maintaining quality systems.

* Regular client reporting, creating and maintaining PDF style reports, and issuing to clients.

* Contributing to new system builds, and implementing technical solutions with third party data providers. This will involve working closely with the Transition/Mobilisation team.


* Excellent communication skills
