The Trust is looking to appoint a competent and experienced Personal Assistant to provide a first class PA service to the Assistant Director of HR, Education.

We are seeking someone with excellent administrative and secretarial skills, high quality written and verbal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels within our large organisation and external stakeholders, as well as being highly proficient in the use of IT systems and Microsoft Office software.

You should have significant experience of supporting management at a senior level, be able to prioritise a heavy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure, confident in undertaking minutes from a variety of meetings and possess a high standard of organisational skills. The role is primarily based at Eastbourne District General Hospital; and the postholder will also be required to work at the Conquest Hospital St Leonards on Sea and other Trust sites for meetings. Previous NHS experience is desirable although not essential.
