The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM) is a large teaching Trust serving over 3 million people. The Trust includes two sites Royal Stoke University Hospital and County Hospital.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Respiratory Physiology service at the Royal Stoke University Hospital for an Associate Practitioner. Applicants should hold or be working towards the ARTP Practitioner professional qualification, be highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable.

You will be required to perform routine physiological measurements, update and maintain the medical equipment loaning system and generally assist the Physiologists with the day to day running of the service. The roles is varied with departmental, ward, satellite clinic and community service cover. The hours of duty are 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Applicants should have a mature outlook, be able to communicator at all levels and have a good standard of general education. It is expected that the applicant has a scientific background, be computer literate, worked in the healthcare environment and have access to a vehicle.
