We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individual who demonstrate an interest in caring for Colorectal patients with Stoma to join our multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for highly motivated staff to work as effective team members, to support our nursing and management team.

Health Care Assistants support the trained nursing staff in all aspects of daily care on the ward and in the clinics as required. They assist in observations and provide personal care and toileting to our patients. They also assist with meals and feeding patients to other areas.

Qualifications & skills required:

  • NVQ II working towards NVQ III would be desirable, however consideration would also be given to those seeking development as we offer on-going professional development and staff support.
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Working well as part of the team
