Credit Control Administrator

To manage collection of accounts, in a manner that produces the optimum cash flow whilst ensuring continuity of business, within company guidelines.

This is a full time temporary position based in Clay Cross with a well respected firm within the area.

The role is to initially cover for sick leave.

What you will do:

  • To produce client and supplier Aged Debtor report on a weekly basis
  • To issue client and supplier statements on a weekly basis
  • Chasing of BACS payments
  • Meet individual collection targets
  • Query resolution
  • To proactively chase all outstanding invoices and claims assigned to your individual Age Debtor report
  • Issue consolidated invoices and reports for assigned clients and suppliers


Your experience will include:

  • Credit control experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Numerate and analytically minded
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and using own initiative


The role is a temp position based on 40 hours Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
