For each other, for our customers, for society and our communities.Using extensive subject matter expertise, supports the successful integration of new systems, products, services, and validation campaigns to assure the quality of the deliveries on behalf of EE and its customers, through technical and commercial launch.What you'll be doingUsing specialist technical skills as a Subject Matter Expert, responsible for producing the test plan for impacted systems and services within their remit; co-ordinating, planning, executing, and documenting test activities to help ensure that new and changed network technology services/systems meet requirements.You'll be:Liaising with colleagues across the TSDD community and TSO to be considered as a Subject Matter Expert in the technology within their own area of expertise.Responsible for the integration plan, test specifications and scripts, test execution, defect management and the coordination of the environment design and deployment.Cross functional coordination of Mobile & Voice (operations, design, skill centres) and supplier resources to take responsibility for deliverables and provide leadership to ensure project success.Taking the Technical lead for the verification of new or modified systems or services introduced in the live environment as part of the handover to operations.Planning & managing resources in accordance with demand management process. Leading Definition and Delivery of detailed project plans covering all project phases within the area of responsibility, agreed with stakeholders & resource managers and progress communicated on a regular basis. Leading Definition and Co-ordination of risk analysis and risk management strategy, ensuring that potential risks and issues and their associated mitigation and actions are communicated and agreed with the project owners and stakeholders to ensure informed decision makingBuilding and maintain close working relationships with off shore partners, contractors, and 3rd party vendors. Coaching and developing of other members of the team with a focus on developing Senior, Lead and Test engineers.Having an in-depth understanding of the network products and systems within the department, and a broad understanding of interfacing systems.Adhering to, influencing, and enhancing the appropriate standards and policies and provide guidance to the wider project community. Ensuring all transition criteria are met and signed off by the relevant stakeholders and quality gates are tracked, communicated and signed off.We'll also need to see these on your CVEngineering, Electronics, Computing, Telecommunications. Qualifications.Good knowledge within mobile communications industry with knowledge of LTE, WCDMA, GSM, GPRS, UMTS and HSxPA.Very detailed working knowledge of a particular technical area of expertise.Extensive experience of integration & acceptance testing of telecommunications services and equipment.Experience of testing E2E network services (e.g. Voice, Data, SMS, MMS), with good knowledge of Core/IN network elementsWhy choose us?We are in an incredibly competitive industry and it's not just the technology that's important, but the world of promise it creates for our customers.
