Join our team today to help continue to make the extraordinary happen.The RoleAre you a commercially driven marketeer, able to translate business objectives into marketing goals and measurements?Are you digitally-savvy and understand how to develop programs that accelerate the sales cycle through digital media, social, nurture and event programs?Do you have a passion for establishing systems and processes, and thrive on developing new ways of working?Are you a strong influencer, great at building consensus, and motivating cross-functional sales and marketing teams to action?If so, we want to hear from you!As the EMEA Programs & Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager you will be responsible for owning the delivery of integrated program plans, in addition to executing Account Based Marketing programs in EMEA, working in partnership with the Global Account Based Marketing and Programs teams. This is a strategic and hands on role for a motivated marketing professional who has a 'start-up' mindset, whilst being able to work within a complex multi-matrix organisation. Able to influence multiple stakeholders to align strategy and resources to launch new marketing approaches and aggressively drive growth.The individual will report to the EMEA Programs Marketing Director, and have two key areas of responsibility, 50/50 split responsibility to develop and execute Pan-EMEA integrated campaign plans for the global campaign pillars to generate Marketing Qualified Leads and opportunities to engage. The other 50% of the role will focus on launching a new EMEA Account Based Marketing program to achieve Strategic Account objectives to penetrate new accounts, and cross-sell and up-sell our full portfolio of solutions into existing and acquisition accounts across Edge-to-Cloud Infrastructure, Intelligent Data Operations, and Data-driven Solutions. Experience in Account Based Marketing, Digital and Social Selling techniques is a must.The successful candidate should have proven technology product and solutions marketing experience in a consulting, software, hardware or technology company selling to medium and large enterprises. Experience is required across the full lifecycle of demand generation from campaign design, execution, analysis and reporting and sales enablement. The candidate will leverage the global strategy, working closely with global and regional CMT colleagues across sales, product, solution, field and partner marketing. As well as sales enablement, inside sales and telemarketing partners and suppliers.You must be a self-starter and able to take projects from strategy through to execution. High attention to detail coupled with innovative thinking. Cross-functional leadership is critical. This role is a key hire in the team to building out our EMEA Programs team.ResponsibilitiesExecute global program frameworks, campaign deliverables, and transform them to support the EMEA demand generation strategy all the way through to field execution, making recommendations to drive change where needed. Roll out the Account Based Marketing EMEA program by partnering with the Global Account Based Marketing team to leverage resources and assets and develop an EMEA specific ABM strategy. Development of Account Based Marketing Plans that include Account & Market research, Competitive intelligence, identifying "audience persona pain points", Hitachi Vantara account sales plays, to achieve account strategy objectives Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with sales team to ensure account goals, key leads/contacts and account plans remain on track and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications. Leverage behavioral trigger points to accelerate the sales cycle through digital media, social, nurture and event programs. Define and manage budget allocation for marketing programs. Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing plans on sales pipeline and revenue. Support bi-weekly sales touch base meetings with quarterly business reviews once the program has kicked off. Communicate effectively with sales teams, global ABM and marketing program teams, marketing operations and field marketing counterparts.Qualifications6+ years B2B marketing experience Strong ability to think strategically but also to deliver tactically Able to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to strategy Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and logically in writing and verbally to provide supporting data and vital information in an organized, and concise manner Strong collaborative experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and influence cross-functional teams, partnering with senior sales and marketing business leaders Customer centric, passionate about understanding the customers' business opportunities and challenges. Understands the importance of tightly integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns Very resourceful - leveraging all resources both internal and external Proven experience to excel in a fast-pace business environment Previous experience in the Enterprise IT industry a must Experience with ABM tools or industry certification is a plus.
